Online USAV Registration
Please try to complete the online registration by November 30. Fortunately, it's not a difficult process. Here are some brief instructions.
- If you played for us last year, or any other Pioneer Region club, you should have received an email from the Pioneer Region with a LOGIN LINK, your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Click on the link and follow the directions. Be sure to choose "CINCY PEPPERS" as your club from the drop down menu when prompted. Parents will have to provide their driver's license number as an "electronic signature" for the Waiver Acceptance. After completing the registration process, be sure to download and print the Player Medical Release form. This completed form will need to be brought to the first day of practice. That's it! No other forms or fees associated with registration need to be turned in.
- If you played for us last year, but did not receive an email from the Pioneer Region, it could be that we completed the online registration for you last year. Please contact us (513-561-3482 or registration@cincypeppers.com) immediately.
- If you were registered with another region last year, you will have to contact the Pioneer Region Registrar Nancy Funk at NFunk@insightbb.com and give her your name, date of birth and previous region. She will then send you an email with the information you'll need to register online. Don't forget to choose "CINCY PEPPERS" as your club from the drop down menu when prompted.
- If you were not registered with the USAV in the past 2 years,you should click on this link to access the registration page of the Pioneer Region website and follow the directions that are there.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Once you've completed the online registration, download and print the Player Medical Release.
- Bring the completed Medical form to your first practice.
- There are no other fees or forms associated with registration that need to be turned in.
